Who may use TaskAnt

You must only use TaskAnt if you are legally allowed to do so under the laws that apply to you. If you create an account, you are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Using the service

Subscriptions, billing and beta access

TaskAnt is currently described on the site as free while in beta testing. Future paid plans, free trials, renewals, downgrade rules and billing behaviour should be added here once finalised. If you later introduce subscriptions, this section should be updated to reflect the exact platform billing terms for iOS and Android.

Downgrade behaviour

If TaskAnt later moves from paid to free access for a user, or a user downgrades, the intended product approach is to preserve their data and deactivate excess tasks rather than deleting them. Update this section with the final product rules before launch.

Intellectual property

TaskAnt, its branding, software, site content, design and related materials are owned by or licensed to the TaskAnt operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or operating system.

No guarantee

TaskAnt is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis. While we aim to make it reliable and useful, we do not guarantee that it will be free from defects, delays or interruptions.

Limitation of liability
